Domestic Shipping
- For orders under $100, a fixed shipping rate applies.
- We offer free shipping for orders over $100 within Australia. Orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days
- Typically arrive in 3-5 working days via Australia Post or other carriers.

International Shipping
- We ship to NZ, USA, Canada, UK/Ireland, China, Europe (EU), and other regions. International shipping starts at a fixed rate of $20.
- Orders outside Australia are tax-exempt, often resulting in prices more than 10% cheaper for overseas buyers.

I made an error with my address. Can I make a change?
We are unable to make modifications to your order once it has been submitted.
Do you provide exchanges?
Yes, we are happy to exchange the products.
Please keep in mind that we do not reimburse return postal expenses for change of mind.
Parcel not arrived?
To track your order, check the email from 4Bio or log in to your Account for details. If your package hasn't arrived, check for any messages from Australia Post about delivery to your local Post Office. If still unresolved or if the shipment is missing, contact us with your order details for a lost parcel investigation, which may take up to 10 business days. Note: We're not responsible for lost or stolen parcels if you've authorized unsupervised delivery.
Can I pick my order up from your warehouse?
Yes. Simply choose ‘Click and Collect’.

I forgot how to apply my discount code. Can you refund me?
Vouchers/promo codes must be redeemed at the time of purchase.
We will not issue a refund but we will send credit to your 4BIO account. So, you can use it next time.
